Do you offer custom, bespoke designs?

Yes absolutely! If none of our current designs match the theme of your wedding or the vibe your after, simply make a custom design enquiry using our custom design enquiry form and we will get back to you letting you know what we can do for you! You can also email us at aishastudio27@gmail.com

Shipping Information

Physical products:

Please order plenty of time in advance for your event as often unexpected events such as strikes etc can lead to shipping delays which are beyond our control.

UK shipping: £3.99 (10-15 days). Please allow 10-15 days for your parcel to arrive, however often parcels will arrive much sooner.

International Shipping: £9.99 (Please allow up to 17 days for international orders)

Digital Wedding Invitations:

All our digital products will be emailed to you 48-72 hours after the order is placed. Make sure to double check your spam folder for the delivery and ensure you provide us with the correct email address.

Refund policy:

Due to the nature of the products we sell we do not offer refunds. However, if there are any defects with the product we would be more than happy to resolve this issue with you as customer satisfaction is our top priority! Please get in touch as soon as possible with any concerns regarding your order and we will do our best to assist you.

What if I am not happy with my order?
